When is it time to have a consultation?

When you have a goal and a desire to improve the quality of your life.
When you are building or remodeling a home.
When you are looking to buy or rent a home.
When you are looking to rent an office space.

Do I have to buy new furniture and accessories?

No. Most of the time, rearranging the furniture and relocating certain pieces is all that is needed.

Will I see results right away?

It varies for each individual. Sometimes an instant effect may occur; other times you may get a piece of what you want, or it comes in another form. An example would be if you desired to win the lottery, but instead got a dream job making more money than you could ever have imagined! You will experience a shift of energy, and certainly notice a change in how your space makes you feel. That’s what feng shui is all about.

Do I have to make all the recommended changes right away?

No. Together, the consultant and client determine what recommendations need to be implemented first, and set up a time frame for all other recommendations to be put into place.

What if I have a question after the consultation?

You can call me during office hours or email me to ask any questions about the consultation, or any questions you might have that you forgot to ask or something upcoming. There is no charge, as long as I don’t have to make a return visit.

What type of feng shui do you practice?

Black Sect Feng Shui emphasizes the method of identifying where the chi’ (life force) enters the site, and how it affects the land and structure. Other factors considered to determine one’s prosperity are columns, ceiling beams, juxtapositions of doors and placement of furniture.
